hey android users,

I have htc gsm hero, and I live in Saint Lucia which is in the caribbean. My service provider is Digicel St.Lucia Ltd. and I want the android 2.1 upgrade, but the are saying they don't know how will i get it.

Can anyone help me, I really want the upgrade, especially because my phone came without the android market.
