Root HARD Brick Fix for Triumph?

Thanks for the reply, ya I've tried leaving it on the charger for awhile..and tried the computer,it recognized something was connected to the computer but there was an error,I'll see if leaving it charged for a even longer period of time will do it
please help I have tried everything. I tried to root the phone with the MUI and it kept flashing so I pulled the battery. Now I can not the recovery screen or boot mode screen. I have downloaded the stock rom and every other rom I can find still when i cut it on ur try to go to boot mode it just vibrates
I figured out how to get in boot mode but can't get it to go into recovery. If I hold power and the 2 volume keys its just vibrate but if I press just power it turns on with a straight black screen. Is there any help

First, download this:
Team Vmobi and unzip it on your computer. you should have a folder called Image.
Now put your phone in bootloader mode and plug into computer (even if you don't see the "polling" screen).
Open the mobile drive and delete the Image directory.
Copy on the new one you just unzipped.
Eject Mobile drive, unplug, pull battery, reboot.

thanks Thang I got it back to the boot screen but it just flashing mui display is this pose to happen. all so what do u think is the best rom to use?

Nah, that's not supposed to happen. sounds like it's in a boot loop.
The files you put back in the Mobile partition should already have cwm recovery in place of the stock recovery, but I'm not sure which version. check out out and let me know, if you get time.

OK hey I only have a 2G sd card do I need a bigger card to get the phone back working? cause when I try to download the files it stops and says not enough space or im I doing something wrong

Ah man, that's small. ROMS are generally around 100 mb
I have left my triumph on the charger for long periods of time and still not charging or recognizing charge,when I plug it into the computer it says the device has malfuctioned..any ideas of how to get it back?all I did was let it die by itself after buying the evo..and Ive been trying to get it working again so I can use it as a practice phone even tho its nothing like the HTC evo

you have 2gb free space?? That's plenty of room to download a ROM. Maybe double check your free space. I'm assuming you have a card reader on your computer, since the phone won't fully boot?
Maybe it's your computer hd that's full.

It could be the USB port. My wife broke her's the symptom was the port felt weak while plugging in the cable. I had mine so it wasn't a big deal, but kinda killed it for DEVing.
My PC hard drive has plenty of room. I don't know if I'm downloading the wrong file or not I went to the VM site downloaded the image file and unzipped it plugged. The phone to the pc and put it on the sd card then unpluged and took the battery out then held the power and vol up down button and it comes up reset but don't see anything to reboot or restore

Ok, now we're getting somewhere!
VM site? virgin mobile? I don't know what you're downloading from there, or even what you're trying to do.
If you want to install cm7, just download the ~90 mb file from the link I posted before (also get the gapps for gingerbread, linked in the first post of the mtdev cm7 thread I linked you). DON'T unzip it! Put it on the root of your sd card. Insert card in phone.
Boot into cwm recovery (hold power and both vol buttons). Flash the zip through recovery. Then flash the gapps. reboot.
If you are wanting a stock ROM, I'll link one to you, or just look in the all things root guide that's at the top of this forum.
I think the unzipping thing has been the trouble all along!
teh vm sites team vmobil (Team Vmobi) u told me to go download the image file. i did that and got to the part top go to boot mode but then it wouldnt do anything else. I try to restore it souldnt load so i clean the dav file and it still would not work. but now my charge port gone out so is there any way i can download everything to the card then put it in the phone or do i have to hook the phone to it. Oh yeh I got figure out how to get the image file back on it cause I removed it when i formated the sd card .Ok, now we're getting somewhere!

I'm totally confused. I don't have ANY idea what you have successfully done and where you are at. I went back and re-read your posts, and I still don't know.
I thought you had already replaced the Image directory on your Mobile drive and were trying to install a ROM.
Apparently that's not the case?
You need to tell me clearly what you have done, the results and what is happening now. If the usb port doesn't work, and you don't have a card reader, we may be all done here.
