Reason?
Because most of you who are on custom Roms have really bad battery life.

Just found a battery on Amazon that looks worthy of a posting and its only like $7!

bought this the other day, have had it for about 5 days and OMG YES! its amazing, its almost exactly twice the mah we had with stock battery, and its amazing, i get almost two days on one charge! its a steal

I bought one of these a while ago. It seemed to only increase the battery life when my phone was in my pocket. If I was using it all the time the drain was about the same. I stopped using it because I couldn't fit it into any standard cases.

Also, why is this under the Root section?

I have this one and a couple other big batterys for my evo. There all trash and there all cheap no name including this one.

Or just learn how to use an Android phone properly. Some of the people here are just clueless lol about that one .

Or buy a better phone...

The evo 3d with WiMax isn't the best combination of radios, and hardware. Therefore leaving a small lack of battery life.

or you can try an app called Greenify, it puts apps to sleep while your phone sleeps, some notifications will not work while apps are asleep

I have 3 of these batteries plus the stock one.. on some days, I go through TWO of these 3500M batteries in a single day..

And with me as a heavy user, this battery can last me for over 20 hours. After a 13 hour day to and from work, I have about 40%-50% power left on average.

Just got mine today! So far, it seems like it actually drains the same or even more with regular use. I'm gonna let it drain all the way and charge it back up and see how that goes.

Also, to anyone that order this, did you guys also get a charger bar thing and a multiconector usb cable??
