Are they getting deleted from your gmail account (if you log in from the computer's browser)?

And what do you mean by "it happens ever time I restore the contacts"? Restoring from what? (why?)

Yes they are deleted from gmail. When they are deleted I can restore contacts on my gmail in the settings "turning back time"

ok. But what is triggering this? You wrote "It happens every time I restore the contacts" - what restore event are you referring to? (assuming this restore is causing the contacts to be deleted)

That is my question. I dont know what is triggering it. I just know that I can fix the problem but after some hours the problem appears again. I am confused

Oh, I misunderstood - I thought you meant that "restoring the contacts" was somehow deleting them.
I can't think of any reason why this would happen - unless somebody is deleting the contacts from your phone or from your gmail account. You don't have something that would periodically clear out your contacts storage on your phone, do you?

The next time this happens, log into gmail on your computer, scroll down to the bottom right and click "Details" below "Last account activity" - check to see if you see any unexpected logins. (actually, check it right now)

Out of curiosity, are your contacts set to sync?

Settings>accounts>google>[your account]

Is contacts checked there?

I checked it. There is nothing unusual... Now it has happened again :(
I dont think I have anything that should clear the storage. Not that I know of

Sorry - I've got no clue what might be causing that. The only reason for this to happen is some app/user is deleting the contacts. Google isn't going to delete the contacts just because you sync it with the Android phone.
Hopefully, somebody else has some ideas to debug this and figure out what is causing that.

I dont know if it is even an android issue but I couldnt find any google account forums. I hope that somebody can help me

Did you download any new apps and it start happening? I can't think of any settings that would cause that! Have you tried after you restore them to phone to turn contact sync off and see if they still delete?
