I just read that the HArmonia Rom will work, SO i might try and flash that one using Brians method.

If it doesnt work then i can try Negamann's.

That's a great one to start off with. I think I mentioned it at some point along with JMZ's stock ROM. If you decide to follow Remanifest's guide, make sure Harmonia is an OK starting point. His guide was written for phones that are bone-stock, right out of the packaging. Worst case scenario...you install Negamann's UNROOTED STOCK ROM...and that will get you as close as possible to bone stock. Remanifest could also make a suggestion to you for a starting ROM if you decide you want to S-OFF and follow his guide.

Due to my laptop being slow, i think im going to abandon the Harmonia aspect and try Negamanns. Also, as for your confusion on the deodexed and odexed version of his rom, this link can help explain the defference between the two.

I did get 4EXT installed, along with busybox. Had a slight issue with superuser at first, but just turned out to be that the app was outdated, so after the update, it worked fine. I did create a back up, so that is out of the way for now. I also tried reflashing the Nocturnal venom rom but to no avail, still bootloops. But, Since i made my backup, i didnt have to go through all that trouble again.

So, again, i want to throw a big thank you out to Palmetto for starting to point me in the right direction, and Brian for finally solving my problem. My phone is rooted, and running smoothly. :D

Try a different ROM. One of my favorites is Mobster HD. I am running Negamann's BluRom right now, that's my other favorite.

Both of these should run fine with your HBOOT. If you ever find a ROM that doesn't work with your HBOOT, restore your backup. For reference, backups are stored on your SD card in a folder called CLOCKWORKMOD. I normally keep backup copies on my PC.

Just be sure to WIPE ALL before flashing a different ROM, and also WIPE ALL before restoring a backup.

If you plan to ever run a JellyBean ROM, you'll need to change your HBOOT, and that means S-OFF.

Also, PM me if you plan to try Negamann's BluRom. Unlike Mobster HD, it uses the Aroma installer, which was a bit overwhelming for me the first time I used it. During the install, there are many many questions that are asked beforehand to customize the install for your personal tastes. You'll find yourself wondering "which option should I choose?" Most ROM's I've tried don't have this, and you basically get everything the developer decides to incorporate.

I'd actually suggest that you start with Mobster HD and run it for a few days before trying BluRom.
