My recovery file is showing up in the android file i created as img.file?
Downloded and extracted again same thing, an image file? (infranview?)
I know i saw somewhere about editing the zip extension, but what king of file is it?
 
as long as you are unocked.....you are fine.

just proceed to step 2 to get recovery....you have three choices on how you want to install recovery....i would recommend to use either the fastboot or PC36IMG method.
 
Instead of working with the Fastboot method have you tried PC36IMG since that doesn't appear to be working for you.
 
I followed what I was told. Renamed zip and above is what I get.
Instead of 5) hboot should see the file and select yes to update.

I don't know why there is no scroll on your end. But when your communicating critical information seems to me there should be enough knowledge on your end to follow the post to see what was told and what the response is/was. I give up. I don't car about the mod being "bad" I need my phone! I expressed the urgency July 11th, 2013, 07:36 AM! I've waited 4 days for a logical response and all I got was questions that could have been answered by following the post! I'm superuser! Couldn't wait any longer! Thanks for getting it back to stock though!!!!

sorry but this is a forum, and i can't be on it all of the time. i try and help out where i can. if you want you can pm me and i can give you my email so that you can send me a google chat invite. it will be faster communicating this way.....just let me know......but to be honest this is the pace of an older phone forum. many have moved on and not many experienced guys are here any more.....i try and hang out when i can.
