Root Hi, im a moron. Royally messed up!

Ok... v with Hitachi screen, was roted with Backside and QS theme. Well I somehow erased my recovery and backup.... thought I could unroot and root back w/gingerbreak. Nope! Well my question is can I fix this from my phone or do I need to borrow a laptop? Help a moron in need.... I can send naked pics if that helps... eh I appreciate any help...ANDY???? Drop some knowledge on me. Or one of you others....
 
Ok. Just because you don't have a recovery on the uSD card, doesn't mean you didn't have one installed. Have you checked to see if you still have a custom recovery installed? If you still have a custom recovery, can you boot into your installed ROM?

Please let us know what you did from the beginning. Make sure you don't leave anything out. The more info you give us the better for you and your phone.
 
Yeah it will do the LG symbol then go the blacklit screen. Take the battery out then turn back on normal iho bootand everything is fine..just no root. Tried power + volume + home. No go. Tried w/ volume down too. Ty for your reply Atmazzzz
 
Ok, so you have a ROM, but no recovery, not even a stock recovery. What custom recovery did you have installed before you lost it. Do you have a Terminal emulator on the phone yet? How many times did you try yo root with the Gingerbreak.apk and did you reboot after each failed attempt?
 
I had the ihovm670nh. Terminal emulator installed. I tried 6 or 7 times. Nothing it just keeps going. I let it go 12 min. Couple times. Then hitthe back key to stop it. Ill try running it for 10 then reboot. K? I have Gb up and am on my kindle
 
The Key to the Gingerbreak.apk is having USB Debugging checked and rebooting on every failed attempt. It still might take a few tries after you start doing the reboot after failed attempt. Once you get it rooted again go to the All Things Root sticky for the recovery and the flash_image. Instructions for installing are there as well.
 
K been 20 min. Now still says running exploit. My screen times out and I tap the power button and slide my lock.over and its.still running.... what should I do?
