Root Hide Superuser Permissions icon?

I forgot to unroot before hitting the OTA. Although I lost root in the process, I still have the SuperUser Permissions icon in my app tray. Is there a way to hide the icon without having to root and remove it manually?

I know LLP can hide icons it should be able to hide superuser as well, not 100% sure tho never tried hide superuser

This does work, I have mine hidden.

Why not just re root?

I know what he was asking but why have a SU icon that doesn't do anything. So I'm curious about his thinking on why not just re-root.

Just read above, use LauncherPro for your home screen launcher.

In settings -> general -> hide apps -> check superuser then it is no longer in your app drawer.

As far as I know you can not hide anything in the stock launcher, plus LauncherPro is FAR BETTER anyways
