How fast is your internet speed?

My speed was 86KBPS

Is that bad?
i changed both the RSTP and HTTPPD proxy address to 000.000.000.000
on another forum i saw a post where it said to change them to 0.0.0.0 and with those settings i got 17 KPBS
with the original settings i got 8kbps
in my area i get cheap service. i only get max 3 bars that go up and down the whole day. so i have my phone in mute cuz the no service sound get annoying lol.
Post your speeds and settings.


i do keep getting different settings tho because of the cheap service i get. can some one with a stable signal try them and confirm this?

UPDATE:
so i got a chance to do the test with the app on a stable connection with full bars.

ok so with my settings i got
1st try - download:1599 kbps upload:588 kbps ping:196 ms
2nd try - download:2182 kbps upload:485 kbps ping:172 ms

with the settings set to 0.0.0.0 i got
1st try - D:1397 U:487 P:160
2nd - D:1367 U:646 P: 196
3rd - D:1443 U711 P:189
 
I honestly do not think that website is any where accuracte as it showed me has having 7116kbps which i know for a fact isnt right download
 
ok so everyone try it with the app. ill try it when i have a good signal. my bars go up and down all day so i cant get an good reading. have any of you changed any settings on your phone?
 
I get anywhere from as low as 20kbps to 1200kbps on my 3g depending on the time and what's running on my phone.. any tips on how to improve that? I also haven't been able to update my profile for awhile now, tried taking the battery out, still nothing (rooted)
 
Im using set cpu. And I just cleared alot of systems and put internal apps to system. And clear up dalvikcashe in data. Thats bout it I really am not sure if that will help you. Carefull. If it dois not updating go back to stock with odin it should update and reroot. Save or backup apps hopefully you will update. But I'm showing no upsates available.

change your settings like me. for the prl update try what i did in another post. does it say connection error?

yesterday i got 2231 kbps, 1729, 371, 1105, 1057, 2446, 659, 337, 1913, 960, 275, 575, 517, 382, 797. they were all yesterday and i did them one after another. the last 3 or 4 were with different settings. i also used android booster to end applications. when i got 2231 and 2446 i was like wtf. lol
