Root How many threads do you need to figure out how to fix bootlooping?

I think some people just panic, and it's understandable. I'm a noob as well, bricked my phone yesterday, was stuck in the bootloop, I was tempted to start a thread, but I just searched the forums instead of posting anything. Worked out fine. Took four hours, but worked out fine. ;)

I always try and help regardless ....lol I remember being there at 2am on a work night sending out an s.o.s for HELP!....that's what this forum community is all about helping...learning and teaching ....and having a ton of fun tinkering!

Yeah don't knock it, because one day that poster may be you!

I was pretty lucky for a long time, I'd been flashing ROMs since early December without any problems until last Wednesday. All that time I had been a calm voice on here when people would jump on here in a panic and say, "WHAT'S GOING ON, PLEASE HELP"!!! I would tell them it's not the end of the world, simply SBF back to stock and start over. Then I would point them in the right direction.

But when it happened to me, and I couldn't get RSDlite to recognize my phone (turned out to be a computer problem), then I was the one panicking, jumping on here screaming, "WHAT'S GOING ON, PLEASE HELP"!!!

I understand that mindset 100% now. When it's your phone on the line, then patience in shuffling through all those threads to find the exact same problem as you are having goes right out the window. Expecially since the search option on this forum is less than ideal. When your phone is down, you want help NOW, not it 5 or 10 minutes.

And if you're a person who looses patience quickly, then just step down and let cooler heads handle those situations. Sure I've seen the exact same question asked back to back, and you do sorta go, "duh, look at the thread directly below you dumbass"! But it's not cool to say that to the guy panicking. There are plenty of peeps on this board who will come to the rescue, so just let them do their thing if you tire of helping out.

This board is GREAT for it's support it gives to noobs. We don't want to tarnish our image by giving new guys a hard time when they come on here for help.

The good thing with me being a newbe, Is I already ran into a lot of these problems. I have learned this:
1. Google and read until you fully understand how to complete A process.
2. Don't be afraid to wipe data and cache, if you don't you will probably run into boot looping when flashing a new Rom.
3. I only Sbf if I can not fix a issue, lol maybe I should SBF more often. Im just kid'n.
