Root How to go back to GB596 from Cm7 without. Sbf'n?

I have a backup of GB 596 and I'm on Cm7. used the P3 monster zip. Can I just hold the power button and reboot into recovery and restore 596 or I have to SBF back to froyo to restore it.

Reading some tweets there seems to be a way to go back and fourth .596 to cm visa versa I just can't put my finger on it yet.

There's an all in one zip in the tbh app that lets you go to. 596 from any state. I kept getting an error, but I think I may have just got a bad DL

i was under the impression that the cm7 download from p3 would allow you to return to GB, i have the TBH app and its not there. so i cant see it
