Root Hulu on Destroyer v2?

Hey,
I'm on the destroyer v2 rom, and it did not come with hulu, or anything to flash to get hulu. Is there any hope for me to get it working?
I tried just searching, and most I found was 'most roms have it already'...

Hmm. I don't have the link, but there was an extensive xda thread about what you need to flash in order to get hulu working (the modded flash apks, hulu, etc...), but I wasn't able to get it to work. (Blaming shady coverage for that one... but maybe i just didn't follow directions)
 
There is one thread in themes and apps on crab that the steps actually work. I will try and find it
 
Hulu is great and I was thankful to the dev's that put it in their ROM, but with apps like TV Shows Stream and TV.com available in the market that do not require anything special to make them work, why the big push to get Hulu?
 
If I'm not mistaken, hulu offers a lot more (or maybe just different shows) then TV.com and isn't TV Shows Stream a paid app?
Anyway, if anyone has any info, I'd appreciate it!

I didn't care for TV.com, it seemed to be sketchy at best (even on wifi), and I think I only got CBS shows.
 
Still hoping some one can find me some links for help here. I know it may not work, but I'd like to try. Has to be a guide out there somewhere, or it wouldn't be included in all these roms!
 
There are a few threads in here about hulu...
There is a calkulin flash me for hulu fix, i have no idea what it does, looks like it just adds a libsearch"something".so file to you /system/lib...dont use hulu dontn actually know...flash player the correct version?

DId you search around themes and apps over on xda for the thread?
 
Well I found that you can pull the apk out of another rom, but doesn't it matter that I'm not on a sense rom? I dont know what aosp roms have it or not...
I found the 'update' for Myn's, but I dont think that will work here.

Other threads talk about modifying flash, but I want the app, not the site.

Im not 100 sur eif it matters but i dont think it would nor do i think it will hurt if you try. I run like 100 apps between sense and aosp. Yes some apps are specific but they usually intereact with the UI, hulu is not like that its 3rd party. I bet if you pull the apk it may work, if it doesnt its because you need the lib.so file i mentioned in calkulins fix
