I got mine!

so your saying if i buy an UNLOCKED N4 from tmobile or google can i activate it on VZW?

like alfick said, no. It won't work on Sprint or Verizon (CDMA), but it will work on t-mobile or AT&T (GSM). Unfortunately it doesn't look like a CDMA Nexus 4 is in the pipeline.

After what Verizon did to the Gnex, I'm not surprised.

Qft. Is it really a nexus if you get updates 2 months later than everyone else?

I'm glad googles playing hardball. It sucks right now for Verizon and sprint users, but hopefully it'll kick em into gear

Yeah, Google won't be making that mistake again. Until the Nexus gets the same treatment as the iPhone, or until we can bring unlocked phones to Verizon, no more Nexus for us.

Yep, a lot of unhappy VZW/Nexus campers. I would love to see Google have such a demand for the N4 that Sprint/VZW doesn't have a choice but to keep the Nexus pure Google. Especially now that Google owns Motorola (mobile division).

Here are some pictures I just took. Cat picture is no flash.

Turned out pretty good, really impressed with the photo sphere also.

The indoor seems a bit fuzzy but that may be because you are getting used to the shutter and whatnot.

What about movement pics? Sorry for asking so much about the camera but I have a 22 month old that just loves running around lol.

Yeah, that was the first time I used the camera at all. I haven't tried taking pictures of anything moving. I'll try to get some up in the next couple days (I'm working all weekend plus a few home projects so I'm pretty busy)

I just talked to Tmobile, they are emailing me my unlock codes for my 2 Nexus 4's I just bought. After I SIM unlock my phone there will be 0 difference between mine and one from Google Play.

Everyone may not have the same results. I have been with Tmobile for a few years, have a family plan with 4 lines, have upgraded 3 phones this week, and have a new contract. Tmobile is really good about giving unlock codes, if you are a newer customer sometimes they make you wait a little while (a couple months), but you can still get your unlock codes pretty easily.

Sooooo, you're going to sell me (at cost) one of the Nexus 4's you just unlocked now? ;)

Can anyone who got theirs already verify that there is no signature required from UPS? I read one person post this but just want to be sure.
