Accessories I need to vent, please...

Yeah I snagged that from the verizon site even before I ordered my phone. Love the kickstand. and with froyo and 270 rotation, you can flip the kickstand around (with a few mods) and charge it while its propped up
 
Do you like that leather case? My wife got it and after just a couple weeks it looks pretty beat up. Of course she brutalizes her phones. I'm using the diamond pattern simple plastic case and it has saved my DX from a pocket to concrete fall already!

dang I never really looked into outterbox before, but now I must have one! I like the thinest looking one, but my question is...will that really give it protection?

YES! I had one for my BB Storm and still looks like new today. I'm tired of waiting for OtterBox but am giving them a little more time to get their act together. IMHO they should at least be able to provide a timeline.

If you are new to OtterBox you might want to find one in the wild so you can see exactly how much larger your X will be. For the protection I'm willing to put up with the size but you may disagree.
 
A search on twitter shows alot of frustrated people. They can't sit back anymore and roll the case out slowly. Seido has stepped up the game and making a defender type case. I have been reading allot of Otterbox users going to Seido. It has the same type of protections , silicon, plastic and harness. It will be interesting to see if the defender looks the same. I wish the defender would use the magnet like my bb did. I have contacted them on twitter and same answer they are working on it. It helps me to re-tweet stories on the slow otterbox roll out. Makes me feel better like I am doing something as tweeting the rep isn't going to solve anything.:D
