Root I Want Some CM9/The Teste/Testing/Off Topic Thread

Reminder: Found this one online and is the cheapest i have found all day that works and getting a working phone with good esn i think would be better for the testing of radios and stuff.:)

It says does not include sim card. That means no 4g anyway:D

From what i see and know.. no phones will come with the 4g sim card..but i think you can get them from metro for ten dollars or when you activate it they will give you one to go along with your activation...

Just talked to my bud up here that owns a Metro store-no sim = no service
One of the phones that they do not sell the card for.:(

I can get one for you if needed.. my wife has a friend that works at a metro here and she gets her all kinds of things..

I've always heard the same thing for the Esteem. No UICC card means no data, and it can't be replaced.

Hopefully these idiots on Ebay didn't take the UICC card out.

I have had problems with my esteem with the 4g took it to metro and they can reprogram a new serial number from a new sim chip but has to be done by someone with the no how... but can be done people at metro are 1 of 2 things... to stupid or just playing dumb to your questions..

at first it could not be replaced had to send to lg... then metro started to get problems with the sim card then they called lg..lg got them updated on the sim problem fix and now they can fix it..

if your talking about ebay.. then yes these people either go out of town or just don't bother with ebay on the weekends...

think of it you guys in the first place you where looking for a bad esn.. but if you can get one with a good esn and no sim chip then i would ride with that.. i see almost all of the esteem going for more then 200.00.. not really sure but can't we still us just 3g on this phone without a 4g chip?
