Trying to get mtp/adb working so i can get a logcat and see whats up, its not the kernel or ramdisk.. i tested those with adknight's build.. could be camera hal but i doubt it because it usually wouldnt get passed boot animation if that were the case

Hey I noticed that after the installation is finished, u see at the bottom of the screen right after it says reboot your device, it mentions that unmount of system failed, no such volume. That could be the error there, install it and c for yourself, also here's my crappy pic of this taken by my grandeos fire 7

Its gotta be something wrong with the system or maybe something wrong with an app because like u I tried adknights build right afterwards and it booted just fine and ran with your kernel, the only thing like everyone knows already is that the phone doesn't receive calls, that's really strange, anyone got ideas?

I am pretty sure iam making progress now, the ramdisk has alot of important scripts and such missing in action

I'm not even sure, tried building my own kernel once for this phone but had a bad source and couldn't get post the ramdisk part

Adk had some other ROMs he was building (cm12.1/cm13) but we couldn't get it to boot because of the kernel

Alright so how we coming along DM47021 ? Ik it's hard work but we can still pull it off. All we need is a whole lot of testers trying out your build and all them putting their input in it so that we can narrow down our options and try to solve the problem. I personally think it has something to do with the system, maybe the whole ART thing is messed up and it can't store the data correctly
