ICS available

Updating through KIES. Man, so slow. 52% in one hour! Server overloaded, I guess :|

UPDATE: DONE. ICS IS HERE! WOHOOO!

Any word on when it will be available to United States Note users?

You mean the AT&T branded Note? Or an International Note (GT-N7000) in the US? If you mean an International Note it all depends on your device's CSC (country sale code). Instructions on how to find out are listed earlier on in this thread.

Sorry,i wasn't clear on that.I am referring to the AT&T Note.

I just got a pop up message saying that a software update was available but the servers were busy, and that it would attempt it later. Could this be it?

Edit: just got the same pop up message. It was from at&t. Anyone else get it, or got an update?

just update through Kies if you have problem through OTA. I checked through OTA, no luck, but when I checked through Kies (desktop one, not web one), it updates my note.

Never used it as if yet. Wouldn't know where to begin.
Anyway, here's a screenshot of another one I just got.

I use Mac version of Kies. When started Kies it first updated itself than prompt for update automatically. I didn't do anything else. Its been around 10 days with ICS, it has some nice features, Mail app is so much better, almost excellent. Phone app is better. But my battery lasts less than a day now:(

No date has been officially announced, you can expect an update by Q3 of this year. Updates are barely starting to roll out to International users, so that means AT&T likely still has quite a bit of testing to do.

I wonder what it is, Sammobile is only showing one update for the AT&T Note and that started rolling out back in January. The firmware would be listed on Sammobile if it was ICS.

I have no idea what it is. I know I have been receiving that same error message like clockwork every 20 minutes or so.

Got mine OTA. I'm from the Philippines. Was surprised it just popped up that an update was available!

So far, everything's been running smoothly!

I woke up to an OTA notification this morning. :)

ZSLPF 4.0.3 now available for Singapore, Philippines, and Hong Kong Notes.

I updated my note to ICS.. but facing problem on showing contact... when I click on contact icon, contact list get hanged..

I updated my Note yesterday and have yet to experience any problems. I'm absolutely loving Chrome, and ICS.

I am in the US and still don't have an update available :(

Open your dialer and dial *#1234# and post what it says. I can tell you which country your Note is associated with, so you know when you'll receive the update, or if it's already available.

For some reason your firmware wasn't listed on SamMobile, but from doing some searching it appears that your device's CSC is TTT (Trinidad and Tobago). ICS hasn't been released yet for that region, so it looks like you will be waiting a little longer.

It shouldn't be too long though, it seems like new firmware is rolling out on a daily basis for International Note's. If I see new firmware listed for that region I'll make sure to post it in this thread.
