Root I'm back!

I personally would not take the risk and use that recovery. I would use the recommended recovery for your phones OS as mentioned in the Github link

The problem is your screen drivers are not compatible with CWMod recoverys.
This is a hardware problem not a software problem.

This recovery will definitely work, it was built by BobZhome specifically for the newer screens. You can find the link just under the ROMs on the wiki binary page:
VM670NH_recovery.img

Once you've flashed it, then download the latest build (11/22, though I'll probably have a new build up mon-tue), and reboot into recovery. Wipe cache and dalvik cache, make a backup, format boot, data, system, and cache, then flash the ROM zip file, then flash the gapps zip file, reboot, and enjoy. ;)

You have to have the recovery thats recommended for you phone. JerryScript has worked hard to modify his ROM to allow it to be used on both screens. So has : BobZohme,mrg666,and EmuZombie.
The key is what recovery you use with it. Which is why I keep referring you to the Devs approved site Github, were the proper recovery's for your phone, that are approved by the dev's ,can be found.

Yes. It will replace the one that's currently installed. While your in your uSD card if you want to delete the CWMod recovery it can be found in the "clockworkmod" folder. This is also were you can find your backups you made in your recovery.

ill flash this one but what do i do to do that? how do i fkash it?

Don't delete the clockworkmod folder because that's were your system backup is. If you want you can delete the CWMod recovery that's in that folder.
With a terminal emulator which can be found in the market type in this:
su(hit the enter key, which is the one on the lower right that has the arrow)
( when you get done authorizing superuser you might need to select the menu key to get the keyboard to come back up). Then type in this: flash_Image(sp)recovery(sp)/sdcard/recovery.img(hit return key)
reboot(sp)recovery(hit the return key)
(sp) is were the spaces should be dont type this in.
rename the recovery to recovery.img making sure you have it unzipped before putting on the root of the sd card(this means to put it near the bottom of the list of folders, not in any folder)

You might want to ask yogi4 if it will work for your phone. I do know you will still change the recovery in ROMTools to the one you need and rename it vrecovery.img.

Question: why are you so apprehensive about using a terminal emulator? If you don't try it, it will limit the amount of help you can give other new members.

well... what do I ddo. I know before of king in terminal emulator I need to have flash_image put somewhere

If you have flashed a recovery to the phone already then you don't need to worry about installing the flash_image again. The code is just designed to use the flash_image to flash the recovery.img.
