I'm in search for the link to prl 60678 n haven't found it my speeds were at it's best with this prl about 2months ago like 1.2mbps+ now I get 500kbps max can some1 please give me this link

That 60678 prl file is corrupt but I found another 1 and on my first test got 1.4mbps!!!!
