This is on the front page on phandroid just now. Still no specs though. Verizon DROID Incredible 4G Enters the MAP Process

Confirmed SD card slot under pop-off back cover.
Great!!! Awesome!
By pop-off back cover do you mean like the whole back cover pops off giving access to the battery or pop-off back cover like the One S that just accesses the top quarter of the phone exposing only the sd card and Sim? Except the One S has no sd.
...this isn't looking good for removable battery how he keeps saying pop off back cover...
I hope this is NOT what you mean by pop-off back cover.

Yesss!!!!
Awesome, you made my day!!!
Thanks a bunch!!!
This will be my next phone.
I have an upgrade on 8/1/12!

Oh and the symbols on the bottom 4 buttons rotate just like on the Incredible 2.
You crazy! Not until August??? I'm sure there will be another phone on the horizon by then, even one by HTC if you want.
Oh wait... We're talking Big Red. Maybe not.
Perhaps with the new Sense 4.0, battery drain won't be as bad. I'm really jonesing for a new phone.
Maybe, just maybe, I'll be able to get away with an early upgrade (like 2-3 months) & have this device in my hand 5/1/12!

This is a very good point. If it's running ICS, which it should be(Or I'll be very disappointed), it should have 3 capacitive buttons. I'm pretty sure HTC isn't foolish enough to release a device with a button that doesn't do anything. The three button design is also more aesthetically pleasing too. Incredible4G never confirmed it was running Android 4.0 though, so if he is telling the truth, we may be facing a Gingerbread release. I sincerely hope that is not the case, and that the OP is either: lying, has an outdated version of the device, or made a typo. There should only be three "buttons", ICS got rid of the "menu" button... There should only be a "back" , "home" and "previous app" button. All new HTC phones released running ICS only have the three buttons also, why would this have a fourth? What does this mysterious fourth button do?
photos would be nice...
ICS also introduced a native way to take screenshots, so a simple screenshot of the "about phone" would be handy. (press the power and volume down button)
