Root Installing smelkusmod

How does one go about installing this recovery through fastboot? Im not all that educated when it comes to fastboot ._.

go to the HTC dev method and skip down to step 2 "how to get recovery" and use the adb method(i need to change the method name as it should be the fastboot method instead). just substitute the amon ra file for the smelkus file and follow directions.
