Anyone tried Carbon? I flashed a nightly last night but it wouldnt boot then my most recent backup failed :banghead::banghead:
Theres some nice lil features in illusion like sneak peek (touch top of screen to show statusbar in fullscreen apps like in TW) and Dark UI to black out gapps

I just tried again n it failed. Im just bored waiting for illusion 2.5beta to drop so might just go back to 2.1 for a bit of battery life. R u gona flash 2.1 mate? I recommend keeping the kernel that comes with it. It isnt overclockable but seems to have some magic sprinkled into it :beer:

@dan55, I've been on Illusion 4.2 Beta for a while now after funky suggested it a while back. It's been consistently perfect for me, bar some relatively fast battery drain

I just tried the latest liquidsmooth rom and it booted ok but the launcher kept crashing so i couldnt do anything

Bummer. Strange that the i9300 got it so quick man. Battery life is a huge improvement on illusion's 4.3 build so far View attachment 61278 on illusion id be down to like 15% battery by now. Just wish i could turn off these ****in backlights lol!

I'm ready to jump on something different, went back to illusion.

Couldn't largen the keyboard in slim or it'd out stretch the screen.

Illusion for me battery life is decent even though I've got an enormous battery

You know of any inverted gapps that'd work on illusion?
