Root [International] Overclocking a GS3

hmm. Which custom recovery are you using? If you have philz, you could do the new rom wipe (can't remember what it's called exactly). Otherwise a more extreme solution would be to explicitly format the phone partitions which should leave you with absolutely nothing on your internal memory. Make sure you have your nandroid backups on your extsdcard if you are going to try this - as well as all photos or other personal data you might have on the internal memory.

OK, but you might want to have a separate backup of personal data because restoring a nandroid will return you to your previous rom in the state it was when you backed it up. You cannot retrieve just your personal data from a nandroid backup onto a new rom. It will replace the new rom with your old backed up rom. This is why it is best to have photos etc. on your extsdcard. A data wipe from a custom recovery won't wipe your photos, but it is better practice because you can for instance format your phone with impunity.

You should also back up your sms messages and call logs if you want them on your new rom, because they will disappear after wiping. Use apps from the Play store to do this:

Bearing in mind i'm at work and don't have admin right to install anything onto the pc but I can download zips and move them to the phones sd card.

e-signature verification failed, and yes I did wipe the cache?

Booted ok but I have a message saying UIDs on the system are inconsistent, you need to wipe your data partition or your device may be unstable, how do I do that mate?
