Root Is this good?

1 week old Incredible with RR2.1.3 and Chad's kernel #4. Last charge was yesterday after dinner around 6pm or so. Moderate use.

Good is a matter of opinion, all that matters is your phone lasts for as long as you need it.
But if you want to compare by just your awake time, it's about average depending what you were doing and how good the signal in your area is. There's really way too many factors to compare your phone's battery life to someone else.
I'd say just keep flashing different roms/kernels till you can improve on your own numbers.

I probably sound like a broken record to you guys, but why not get an extended battery and just *solve* the problem? I can recommend from personal experience and use the Seidio 3500 Extended Battery for the Dinc. I was the best purchase I ever made for that phone. The battery life on the extended battery is nothing short of astounding, and I've got a power hungry AMOLED screen, and I have the display maxed out because I like the way it looks. Wifi and GPS are on 24/7 and I go two or three days between charges.

If you're interested, buy it from Amazon, rather than Seidio's web site, as Amazon is cheaper. I'll be quite now, and stop nagging everyone about extended batteries.

I have the stock battery, and can get 24 hour with 60% charge left lol. keeping 3g on all day.
