Okay guys so I have ran through the update. Its just security and maintenance. Lot smoother. I'm going to make a slightly modded rom this weekend and fix up root, and all the internals. Also gonna remove bloat. From there I warrant everyone to do as they wish and I may do some mods to the smali as I like my rom (can't take requests because I'm picky ) will keep you all posted

So I used the system dump and updated everything went smooth. I am still receiving the alert to update. What do I need to edit in the build.prop?. I tried just overwriting the build.prop with the one that was posted but it causes me to bootloop.

I believe in the update thread for the last one they listed how to remove the notification. I'm not sure where though. I'll see if I can find it.

Yes use the one from the post here. Replace it with es file Explorer to retain the 0644 permissions

Very strange i copied your text and pasted into a file I named build.prop. It boots fine but stills asks to do update.
Edit I think I have figured it out where is the file located that is downloaded when you first see the update
