Should be pushing out starting tomorrow around 3am CST.

That would be today, I am thinking.

You rooted folk all hang on to your hats now till the Devs work their magic and bring us ours!

It usually only seems to take a day or 2 for the Devs to come up with it stock rooted and radios and firmware and confirm it is all safe to flash.

Not to mention little intricacies like not trying to go backwards on the firmware.

I wouldn't want to risk losing s-off or bricking my phone doing some other not so bright thing.

Looks like Mikeyxda, for one, is already looking at it. I am working on my patience over here. :)

I was hoping I could just remove the firmware bits and change the updater-script but HTC's is a lot more complicated than what I do for the nexus 7 crowd

Oh boy. :(

Tell me that they didn't just break the Dirty Racun. :(

I'm sure they did.

In fact, remember when we were supposed (rumored) to get an OTA and HTC pulled it last minute for a few weeks?

I'd put money on it

Ohh, they got rid of the battery graph. And the small HTC people widget :(

Other changes:
powersaving mode in drop down
360 homescreens
blue highlights instead of green
google now

This is speedy. Def worth the wait. Project butter :)

Rx, why would you post that you took it? You know I have issues with update impulse control...

I'm the unofficial forum guinnea pig for doing stupid things we always tell members not to do. Don't try the s-off method untill they iron out the wrinkles, don't accept otas while rooted. I just wait for someone on Xda to confirm they had some success and then my lack of patience kicks in

Flash that stock rooted Rom I want to hear other people's thoughts! :P

I was very against it as well for the longest time. I think doing it on my nexus devices alleviated some of that.

All I need is someone else to do it first and confirm HTC didn't throw us a curveball

Think this test device mumbo jumbo is because of the hboot developer warning?

Finally got my backups done, including Flash just to be on the safe side.

Going to give it a shot but without #Fapple it's not going to be my daily driver.
