Follow along with the video below to see how to install our site as a web app on your home screen.
Note: This feature may not be available in some browsers.
with our luck, they'd update to JB and the phone would run like crap haha

The Spirit already feels like Jelly Bean to me. It's already super fast and smooth. I've added Google Now to it and also themed it out with Apex Launcher for the stock look. It's pretty much a Nexus 4 now.![]()

all you need now is a glass back that brakes easily![]()
This is not the iphone 4s the n4s glass is I think gg2 or 1 but It won't break easily its not normal glass

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1747224how did you get google now on it?
I haven't had much interest in it so I haven't installed it, but the video in this post might have some answers for you till Nash gives you his findings of it.oh ok I've look at that before, never tried it. how well does it work? does it have the online voice features?

From the link that GameTheory provided. I did it for my Motion, too, before I got the Spirit.
It works well for me. I don't use the actual Google Now feature where it tracks your location and gives you information updates. I think that's creepy in a Big Brother kind of way.
I mainly use it for the online voice features, which works really well. You ask your question or search and it'll provide your answer verbally and/or bring up web searches for you.
Questions like "What is the capital of California?" will give you a voice response saying "The capital of California is Sacramento," and also provide you with web searches of the answer. Questions like locations of places (i.e., "Please find Target stores in Huntington Beach, California) will bring up web searches and a map pinpointing the locations of whatever you're looking for in the area.
And if you're offline (data/WiFi turned off), you can use it to make calls by saying "Call John Smith." I know I don't use it to the fullest extent it was designed for, but I still find it good for what I do use it for.
I haven't encountered any of the bugs people have mentioned. For example, my back button works with it and allows me to exit out of it without freezing up.
This seems to be the best one from that xda thread. It's inverted M7 online/offline.what one from that thread did you use?
GT correct me if i am wrong. But isn't "inverted_M7_Offline.zip" for ARMv7 devices? And since our Spirit are ARMv6 devices, im not sure it will work?
Thx for correcting me on that. This will definitely alter the procedure method for me if i decide to undertake this.
So has anyone heard of any progress and/or new info surfacing on the possibility of upgrading the Spirit to Jellybean anywhere else? Just curiously optimistic![]()
