I know this is not the right forum ( I plan on finding the right one but i figured that one of you guys would know exactly how to do this ) I am trying to put an icon on my desk top and assign a task to it. I was thinking that just maybe I could get some help here. (being that half of you are hackers any way). I have searched and searched for a desktop short cut For face book but can not find it. So I thought I would make one my self. I can not change the icon image to match the "F" image on a typical Facebook app. It just has my browsers icon....So I found A pretty little "f" image got it to my desk top but have no idea how to make it open up www.facebook.com........FYI doing this for my lazy girlfriend that wants a short cut.... I gave her a bookmark but she wants the shortcut and I kinda also what to know how to do it.

ever try desktop visualizer from market? its free
ok so i could not sleep, and i did some research for you. i found this How to Change or Create Desktop Icons for Windows - wikiHow there is a section on how to change shortcut icons on your desktop. hope that works for you.
