Just exchanged my Evo Shift for the Evo.

that is horrible...

you should send an email to Dan H.... explain to him all that you went through... and that you have not been able to get your phone replaced under warranty.

one of his cronies will email and try to work it out for you.
 
Did you ever try a custom ROM to see if the issues would be resolved? It's hard to get something replaced when you can't prove it. Otherwise anyone with an Evo could make phantom complaints and get a new Evo whenever they wanted. Gotta see Sprint's side on this.

I have constant issues with Facebook not syncing real time or close to real time on all of my Android phones (Epic, Evo, Moment, Vibrant, Captivate, Optimus) - I chalk it up to crap Facebook (I do hate FB but need it to look at family photos).
 
Now that both the Evo and the Shift are available for $100 apiece at Sprint, which one would you guys go for? I have heard the Shift is faster, but is it a noticeable difference from the Evo? How do they compare against each other when it comes to web-browsing, youtube, online streams, etc? What are your thoughts about which phone has the better value now that they are the same price? Thanks for the input!
