Root Just installed the beta swype!

First of all let me just make it clear I'm in the beta. I just followed the instructions on the swype beta forums to install the latest version. It worked great and was actually pretty simple to do. I'll post the link as long as it doesn't get this thread locked. Its nice to have the original blue and grey theme back.
 
i dont see why it would be locked, then again im not a mod, but its just new software to install, i personally love swype, and i know steven58 uses it...or did, but i cant wait for it to be out of beta, i still dont know why it is still in beta though
 
This isn't root-related is it?

Just thinking that we might want to move it...if its not root-y, does it belong in the main DX forum, tips & tricks, or Android apps forum?

Any ideas?

I agree, but seeing as I'm a mod, now, I can hand the dirty work of moving this over to youz guyz. ;)
 
Actually you may want to put it back because you have to be rooted to access the files that need to be deleted to accomplish this. Please put this back in all things root. Thank you.
