I tried to flash this new version but get set_perm error in cwm install aborted. I've 're downloaded and get the same thing. Funny thing though is performance control app is installed. Anyone know what might be the problem?
Getting install aborted and have 're downloaded twice but still the same. But performance control is installed. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Status 7 error warning.
Whichever one that's in the root guide. I flashed back stock and had no problems flashing this kernel but it still seems to not go above 998.You have the MS323? which cwm are you using? jeffta's or AA's?
Don't know why I got the duplicate image, my phone still seems a little laggy at times also.
Thanks for answering, ok but when I reboot the widget will be on 700 or 998 or any other number of settings and they don't seem to be sticking, i'm not trying to keep posting over and over about the same thing but it just seems like the cup is always wanting to stay at 998mhz or less regardless of what anything is showing me. And the time in state in performance control is showing the same thing. I just want to be able to have my settings stay without having to keep changing them back all 're time lol. Thanks for your patience with me on this.Yes it does mean its working, try switching governors, maybe that governor isn't right for you and your performance needs.

And now I'm using jeffta's cwm version.
And now I'm using jeffta's cwm version.
Well I was using the touch version but wanted to try this one, I like the touch one better as it's easier to read. And my cpu/kernel isn't achieving deep sleep cycles at all hardly, almost as if it's stuck on as it's showing android system using 58 to 60%. Right now I'm back on stock version 10A and seems to be a lot better strangely.Well for one you're using a cwm, that I have no info on. Idk whether jeffta built it from source or if he's using the same cwm as the rest of us so that could be an issue with the errors you were having while installing the kernel. As for the speed not sticking, make sure your phone is not being throttled before you post about low speeds. If it still doing g it without being throttle, again it could be behind the issues of the installation coming up with the errors u had before.
Don't worry about that, my script auto deletes it when you flash Zippy. You check the settings in the second post and it indicates that core one is off???Where, I dont see it?
Any chance of bringing otg support to this already cool kernel?
Is that even possible? Bringing otg support to a phone that doesn't even support it? Is that happened to some other phone?Any chance of bringing otg support to this already cool kernel?
Lol I thought you saw otg support as a feature somewhere and so suggested. Don't Don't expect otg on low end to mid end phones.I just wondered if it was possible, didn't mean to rub anyone the wrong way... I'm still learning😇
Its been done many times before, of course its complicated and you need even certain cords aside from the actual otg cable to get it working and what not.Lol I thought you saw otg support as a feature somewhere and so suggested. Don't Don't expect otg on low end to mid end phones.
