at the settings I use?

I tried your settings and it works fine... what did you mean you have to rewrite code for the other profiles? interactive wont work?

EDIT: Redownloaded, and have had no issues since. Not sure what the issue was.
 
Interactive will work, it just that I recommend Interactive or SmartassV2 as starter governors, until the user(you guys) learn more about governors. I also, I have to update some of the other governors because they are burning more battery than they should be...

Have tried to use SDKernel v5.6 in my device, touchscreen's not working. It was working with v5.0. Poor me!
 
I can't seem to get CallRecorder to work. In the settings it tells me "Kernel is not patched or 2wcr patch is too old" on MIUI with v5.6 Kernel. No matter what I try it will not work. CM7 Reloaded works without any problems. I remember v5.0 of your kernel worked with CallRecorder, but it was quite a while back..

Probably bad flash of kernel or maybe just try to wipe cache n delvik cache. Fix permissions. I tried it and its working fine for me

Same problem here. Tried wiping cache, delvik cache, fixing permissions, reinstalling kernel. Still doesn't work.

Interesting. I called mywife hit call record and it worked. I played the file and it was perfect. Maybe bad rom flash or some other setting. Download logcat from market run it then try call recording again. You can pm me the results.

This is the problem. Not exactly sure what it means... are you using the recorder that comes with rom or a different one

What is it doing when you try to call record? Force closing or turns on but just doesn't record
 
Yeah I read those lines and I see that the problem is there... also for a quick second I saw something about the file not being mounted when opening CallRecorder, but only appeared once. It was mentioned to use CallRecorder in the first post by Austrie and a link to the developer of CallRecorder. It works without any problems with CM7 Reloaded and it did work in v5.0 of SpeedDemon. Also I wasn't aware of there ever being a call recorder built in MIUI. Does it do 2way call recording? If so, how do I access it? lol

Miui has its own. Call recorder..... you don't need to download a different one. That's probably the priblem
 
Yeah I just tried the built in recorder but incoming voice is too low like if its recording from the earpiece...CallRecorder records straight from the line so it gets both sides of the call loud & crystal clear. Guess i'll just move back to CM7 Reloaded. Its a feature that comes in very handy and I use daily. Thanks for the help
 
my phone has become horribly laggy, im going to nuke tonight and reinstall.
do i just reinstall speeddemon afterwards? i have not yet upgraded to v5.6
 
Tried out v5.0 and turns out not even that version works with CallRecorder...I believe it's not properly patched for 2wayCallRecording. Installed MockKernel and that one is patched and works correctly..sucks cause I like SDKernel
 
Whyzor incorporated the new Adreno 205 drivers into his latest Cm7 Reloaded. He posted the files to compile the drivers into any other kernel.

The new drivers require the binary blobs I mentioned a few posts above, plus source files to be compiled with a new kernel:
