Worm, do you mke your own transparent widgets? Becasue i want to get a vlingo control one and a link to the last call one also..

No, I don't make them myself. I can't remember for the life of me where I got the smooth calendar and last call widgets from! A number of people have asked me for the smooth calendar and I feel bad I can't point them in the right direction. I got the pandora, youtube, muiu player and shop savvy widgets from THIS THREAD hope it helps

Yes whenusing that method from the x link, first thing u do is uninstall then install widget locker bit don't open it either. Then start the modding. That should work.

And jay, someone said sometimes ninjamorph is picky were u put the pngs, try putting them in sdcard then android themes. Lemme know if it sees them.

JayJay, I'm glad to see you're also enjoying the awesomeness that is circle launcher! I just had that same wallpaper for almost a full week :eek: before switching to that red one I'm rocking now. I love how simple and classy it looks.

Supra, I had a feeling I needed to install it first. Also, when I tried following the regular thread (not the X) I extracted my images I wanted to use. Should I not have done this, or is that ok? Instead of the images being in the mods.zip folder they're in an extracted folder. Should I delete the mod.zip and start over without extracting the images I want?

AFA circle launcher, I wish you could change the color of the text to something other than black. Maybe in the full version you can, I'm still using the lite because it fits everything I needed it for, up till now

Gave up on the ninjamorph method and went back to the "old fashioned" way! ;)
I tried so many different things but NM would never recognize any PNG's...shame too cause it would have been nice to be able to mod without the laptop.

AMEN to this!! I would think that the Pro version would allow it but I don't think it does. I already installed it to see what Horizontal Launcher looks like and then got my refund so I do not want to install Pro again yet.

Yea man no problem, wish it would work for ya, and Gahh now my ninja cant see pngs :( Ima do some research and see if I can crack down exactly what the problem is with it.

Yea u can extract them just so its the pics themselves.

See if u have trouble finding them with ninjamorph though first before doing the whole process. seems now im having a problem with seeing pngs in it too lol :( if so you might have to use a different process from the XDA thread

F.Y.I - I emailed the dev this morning on this and I will update everyone if I hear anything back!! He seemed to be super responsive when the App was first released, but he seems to have faded a little...plus his "website" seems a little "fly by nightish"!!

I still can't get this mod to work. WTF! I've followed the instructions to a t and nothing! When I first started I didn't even really want the new lockscreen, I just wanted to try it out and see if I liked it. Now, after screwing with it almost all afternoon it's all I can think about haha. Why isn't this working ahhhhh!!
 
hahaha, where did you get stuck? for me and jay, now its ninjamorph cant see pngs for some reason. other than that everything worked for me.

Guess you could try the root explorer method in the original thread?

I stayed away from doing the adb method lol

I'm not really getting stuck anywhere. I do all the steps, hit finish in NM and yes/yes/yes. Move it to system/app, hot restart, open WL and chose iPhone slider and it's the normal slider, not the new one :confused:

Have you guys tried putting the pngs in android themes folder? Just read on the X thread that some people where having trouble with NM not reading pngs, they placed in themes folder and they were good to go

edit: I'm having the same issue you guys are now, NM won't read my pngs either. I tried placing them in android themes and no go. This is officially pissing me off!!!!lol

Worm, you got further than I ever did, I could never even see the PNG's to replace the originals.

I tried putting them everywhere!

Just edited my last post that you quoted...I can't get NM to read my pngs now either. I've put them everywhere as well. I'm done with this project for the night. I've wasted more time than I'd care to admit on this already
 
lolol nooo, this is now becoming a nightmare!.

Odd, jay and worm. I just went to start new project or whatever it is in NM, went to my widget locker apk, it extracts everything. Goto the res, drawable-hdpi. Then I see all the pngs for widget locker, and when I choose the iphone ones, it sees my pngs on the root of my sd card. ??? so its working for me when I do that process. It wont however see the pngs if i just go browsing for them in general in NM.. I do have my widgetlocker apk in system/app. I moved it there with root explorer

I just changed it

I did exactly what you just said, including moving WL to system/app instead of data/app and NM still won't show my pngs. I even uninstalled NM and the reinstalled and nothing. I don't understand how it was working in the beginning (NM seeing my pngs that is) and now it's not. I'm going to give this another shot tomorrow. If it doesn't work I'm waiting for the WL update with these mods included

So frustrating, hopefully the dev for NM will get back to Jay sometime.
If not then you'll have to rely on other methods from xda or that update if ya wana try it.

I absolutely hate when something works perfectly for me and not for others lol. I've just changed my apks like 10 times with no problem :(
