Let's see your "Incredible" layout (Pun intended)

Woo hoo, got it to work. Here are a couple of screen shots of my blue handcent swype keyboard in portrait and landscape modes.

What's the app a lot of you have that's a strait bar and has wifi, gps, bluetooth, etc. it's like black/grey, very sleek. I see it on a lot of screens here.

It's the Power Control widget and it is pre-installed on your phone.

Reddog80p: What is that music widget you have (not the Pandora one, obviously)?

Okay so here's my layout. I decided to shrink down to 5 screens, since between the GDE application trays, and the custom folders/shortcuts with appmanager, I really didn't need 7.

I also included a 6th screen shot of the cube effect from GDE just because I think it looks sweet.

Just got done learning the hard way that app organizer are for folders only. A program that does what it says it does, I am such an idiot!

I did this with Better Cut which is what I should have done in the first place.

quick question

how did you get the red icons for the main items like texts, mail etc

is this a easy program or did you custom change colors in PS and reupload them?

No this is the part where I am an idiot comes in. I used app organizer thinking I could change the icons and have a direct shortcut. WRONG. Its just a folder on the home screen to the programs. MAJOR fail on my part. The icons came from an icon pack from the market.

dang, i like those icons, there are ways to do this but im not familiar with android enough yet, maybe someone can chime in

You can get the icons with a program called Open Home, but as far as I know it is a home screen replacement and that is something I am not willing to do.

Thanks. Sure thing. Here's the apps list:

OK, I'm officially done with this. I can't spend any more time moving icons and widgets around. lol It's actually not that exciting, but I just wanted to post pics to show how helpful FolderOrganizer can be to creating a clean, simple homepage.
