Let's see your "Incredible" layout (Pun intended)

Yep! It's called "simply grey" I believe.

Yes, you can go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications and select the application in question and click "Clear Defaults." Works for any app, not just launchers.

What if I accidentally chose the Sense instead of ADW, is there a way I can do the reverse?

Nice setup Mixelpix. That's LP right?

I decided to test out ADW and so far am really pleased with it. I'm actually down to just 3 screens now. I'm really trying to get away from widgets that are cool to look at, and get a more usable setup going. Right now my home screen is sorta BlackBerry'ish, but it's very functional.

What is that Tap and Speak widget and what does it do? Also, what's the two sets of signal bars on the left side of your notification bar for and what's that battery with a 4?

- Tap and Speak is part of Vlingo. Vlingo - Voice App - Android app on AppBrain Really nice app. Hit that button, then say "Email Steve Subject Android Message These phones are addictive" and it will create the entire email for you and read it back to make sure it's right. Just hit send to complete. Also does Texts, Phone calls, etc.. SafeReader is also part of that app which is part of my Car screen. With that on, all incoming Texts and Emails are read out loud to me.

- Two bars are Real Signal. Real Signal - Android app on AppBrain Only installed it yesterday so still testing. Supposed to show your actual signal strength since the stock meter is junk.

- The 4 is Battery Indicator. Battery Indicator - Android app on AppBrain Shows your charge state in the Notification Bar. I just made it to the charger as it was at 1% plugged it in. :)

Here's mine again. It's been changed up a little

What is the little green android app in the launcher bar?[/QUOTE]

Not sure what your asking for. I don't see a little green android app.

The different lock screens that lgldrgdlr used are from the Lock-bot Pro app. They're more functional than the stock screen, IMO, but the problem is that they are not used for answering calls, which is the main reason why I want a side-swiping screen. Does anyone have one that lets you answer calls in this manner?

Dang nice setup. What's your texting and clock widget?
Edit: Actually, what are ALL the apps you use? :D

Just a general comment about facebook/twitter widgets. I'm MUCH happier with my layout now that I've replaced those widgets with PureMessenger. I love that you can have multiple widgets with different settings.

I now have 2 4x4 PureMessenger Grid widgets taking up 2 full screens. One for Facebook/Twitter, and one for E-mail/SMS. I will post the layouts when I can. I probably won't be able to do it until tomorrow.
I'm interested in pure messenger and how it handles facebook and twitter. I'm looking forward to your layout pics.

Thanks! Hopefully I'm happy with this setup because I can't seriously continue to change things around for much longer. :)

Home Screen: Beautiful Widgets Smaller Home/Pure Calendar Agenda View/Pure Messenger 4x2 List View.

Left Screen: LastFM/Pure Music 4x1/Safe Reader Widget (Part of Vlingo)/Dazzle 2x1 Widget/Setting Profiles Full Widget/Headphone Icon has been replaced with Vlingo 1x1 Tap to Speak Widget/Google Nav Launcher/Google Places/Google Maps.

Right Screen: Vlingo Tap to Talk 4x1/Google Search/Express News Widget/FeerR Widget.

Couple of quick notes/updates: I placed the Folder icon on my Left Action Button into the 6 additional shortcuts as well. This way I only need the main dock for placing calls....would be nice if ADW.Launcher updated with a feature allowing you to choose default dock settings. Everything else is perfectly organized.

The Pure Widgets take some time to get them configured to your liking. Lots of fiddling and tweaking, but I'm happy with them and they seem to be updating frequently.

Setting Profiles Full is quickly becoming one of my favorite apps, and after a few more days of testing I'll most likely remove the Dazzle Widget which will free up 2 more spots. Just using that now as a visual check to make sure SPF is doing it's job.

Right screen has been almost completely wiped clean since I moved Tap to Talk to the Car screen and Google Search is already accessible through the Search Button. No idea what to do there. Think I'm just going to add 4 FeedR widgets so I can keep a quick eye on things. Thought about another Pure Messenger for Facebook, but I honestly don't even care about FB anymore.

I think that pretty much covers my current (sorta current) setup. Let me know if you need anything else. ;)

Edit: I use FolderOrganizer for my folder system.
