Let's see your "Incredible" layout (Pun intended)

Just a general comment about facebook/twitter widgets. I'm MUCH happier with my layout now that I've replaced those widgets with PureMessenger. I love that you can have multiple widgets with different settings.

I now have 2 4x4 PureMessenger Grid widgets taking up 2 full screens. One for Facebook/Twitter, and one for E-mail/SMS. I will post the layouts when I can. I probably won't be able to do it until tomorrow.

It's ADW Launcher. Not sure on the sports app.

Been using ADW the last couple days. It's awesome and works way smoother than LauncherPro did for me. YMMV
 
Having trouble installing. I downloaded appbrain(awesome) from there I clicked install and nothing is happening.

Well if it downloaded and installed then you should be able to hit the home button on your phone and a dialog box will pop up asking if you want to use ADW or Sense to complete the action. Select ADW and you're good to go.

If it just never downloaded then I don't know what to tell you :confused:

Looks like it's packed with alot of customization. Hope to get this soon. Does it seem buggy at all? I read from some posters on one of the sites they were experiencing some issues.
 
I don't have my phone yet so I haven't been able to try this and figure it out on my own so I figured i'd ask here. I know when you add a home replacement app when you hit the home button it asks which app you want to perform the action with and there is a check box to make that the default action performed below the list of options. What happens if I select lets say ADW as the default to that action. What happens when I want to go back to my normal sense home? Is there a way to change the default back to sense or any other launcher for that matter? Thanks!

They're just fine for me. I don't notice any odd pixelation. You can always uninstall and get a refund.

Yes, you can go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications and select the application in question and click "Clear Defaults." Works for any app, not just launchers.

Yes you have to download those skins (weather skin and clock skin). If you open up your beautiful widget weather then hit MENU then hit SKINS or CONFIGURE you will see what you need to do to get them :-)
 
Is there a way to post a screenshot straight from the phone? I dont have my pc with me at the moment. I was not using custom launchers because i like to have multiple timezones on my home screen. I need that info to be available at a glance. I finally found a replacement called worldwidetime. It allows you to pick and customize a widget with the timezone u choose. So now I have beautiful widgets smaller home displaying local weather and time and then I have a worldwidetime widget on my page for keeping track of the time back home. Running launcherpro which is smooth and clean, and now allows me to have 5 rows of widgets on the home screens. No other fancy widgets yet. I still have to setup my mint account, then that will go on there. Thanx to all the great info in this thread.
