Let's see your "Incredible" layout (Pun intended)

Very nice!

Is that Launcher Pro? If so - what theme? What clock/weather widgets are you using? Thanks!

MisterMixelPix is partially correct... ADW with the black theme, ElegantSteel icons and Beautiful widgets using BlackflipperBG skin with Androdena weather skin...

Use 2 screens. Widgetlocker lock screen (in market) w/ exec assistant (free in market) and power widget (in market). LP launcher with shadowed mesh dock (free on LP forums)....minimum icons (free in market) changed by folder organizer (in market). Weather is bug elite. Calender is agenda widget. It's kind of B&W theme.

Terabethia pointed me to this easy to follow instruction:

The dock will only allow the icons that are actually set in the SD Card. This is pretty simple to do actually. You install the pack and then use Astro to copy the file over to the card.

Read over this, it explains everything: How To: Custom Icons For Your Droid X

ahh thanks a lot that worked. although I didn't put the files into the camera folder like he says to since that made all the icons show up as pictures. other than that it worked great

I had an idea the other day to solve an e-mail issue I've been having that I thought I would share. I access 2 separate Gmail accounts daily, but despise the Gmail app and LauncherPro doesn't support notifications for separate mailboxes yet. So in my quest for a minimal homepage with notifications for each mailbox I've created a basic HTC Mailbox shortcut for each account in the dock, then created a transparent 72x72 icon for GMail Unread Count and set a widget above each mailbox. I now have notifications for each mailbox, can use the HTC mail app instead of GMail's horrible app, and it's completely invisible when there's no new mail. Hopefully LP will support multiple accounts soon so I can do away with this, but I thought it was a cool idea.
