Actually it's SwitchPro 1x4 widget. Extended looks similar but has dividers between the toggles. Switchpro is good but I like PowerWidget the best I have all 3.

OK, I just have to say that that is the coolest custom dock image I've seen. Awesome hardwood floor going into the base moulding to the wallpaper. Looks brilliant.
