Let's see your "Incredible" layout (Pun intended)

I can't guarantee it's as simple as putting the files in the folder, but here's everything I have in my "Tools" folder. Use what you need:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/4799256/Android%20Files/Android%20Tools%20Etc/Android%20SDK%20Tools.zip

I copied and pasted the files I didn't have and I didn't get the error this time, :D, but the program Dalvik Debug Monitor doesn't show the device is connected. Do I put my Incredible in Disk Drive, Charge Only, HTC Sync, etc...?

EDIT: NEVERMIND! I turned on USB Debugging, the device is being shown. THANKS FOR THE DOWNLOAD link!

So, here's my layout. I used Launcher Pro to get this effect and turned off Notification bar, for a sleeker look imo.

poland626: The layout looks good. Only bit of advice... when you place the reskinned CurveFish toggle widgets (Wi-Fi, Brightness), uncheck the box that says "Show Label" to turn off the label box that's covering the bottom of the tile.

Looks good, though!

wow, didn't see that. Thanks. looks much better now. (I know I posted in the other thread too but I didn't know where to post it so I just put it in both)

Without getting into too much detail...how are you guys making the tile theme like Poland has above? I'm assuming you're using Desktop Visualizer or Folder Organizer to make the widgets but, how are you creating the custom images and resizing them? Also, you're all using Launcher Pro to remove the dock I take it? It's very unique and I like the way it looks. Nice job, fellas. If it's not too complex thing I may give it a go one day when I have some time

Well, yes. Desktop Visualizer is basically every tile except the blue Brightness and Wifi and Beautiful Widgets is the clock.

Launcher pro was used to remove the dock.

MOST, about 75% of the images are given to me done already from a thread (which I'll link below). The other ones (Nova, Sandstorm, Garfield, TD Bank, etc...) I made using photoshop using the dimensions given on page 2 of the link I'm providing.

Basically, all I do is crop the image to the right dimension, save the image, then use templates ALREADY DONE to create the text and slab the picture under it. Then save that picture, then put it on my phone, and use desktop visualizer.

This took me about 1 day to do non-stop twinkering. I took off notification bar cause it looks sleeker imo

I don't have:
adb
AdbWinApi.dll
AdbWinUsbApi.dll

Everything else is there....
I see you've already found a fix, but for an explanation as to what happened... the latest update to the SDK for some unmentioned reason moved adb to "\android-sdk-windows\platform-tools" directory when it previously resided in "\android-sdk-windows\tools".

Instead of moving the files, I figger'd the restructuring was intentional for something in the future, so I just added the platform-tools directory into my environmental PATH: variable.

This is what i'm currently going with. pay no attention to the black line at the very top...stupid drocap not letting the notification bar go away all the way.

Running Virtuous 3.1 Rom with Incredi kernel #4
Launcher Pro
Circle Battery Widget
Simi Clock
Beautiful Widgets Weather

Love your layout. Very simple and clean, and the color matching of fonts and background is quite stricking.

Question, you are running a sense-based ROM like Virtuous (and I run Virtuous 3.2), yet you also loaded Launcher Pro.

Can you elaborate on why you like that combination?

I just liked the subtle enhancements of virtuous on the overall appearance of things (circle battery in status bar, black status bar and pull down menu and the lockscreen i like)

I just do not like sense's interface. I need to have 5 buttons at the bottom not 3 so I can clear up my home screen to keep it minimalistic. Which is why I use launcher pro and their wonderful swipe gestures for the dock icons.
