definately hacked or shopped. Especially with that upload to download ratio.

A lot of companies limit a 1mb upload rate...mine for instance. I pay $25/mo for this basic connection and look how fast it is. Let me know when the EVO hotspot speed has has reached half of this and I can justify dropping my net to pay the extra $30/mo.
