I'm a new rooted rookie. How can I get this layout??

Setup: XtrSense ROM, Launcher Pro, TypoClock Widget, Snowstorm Widget, BattStat Widget

I am too indecisive. It's too fun to change things up so here is what I'm going with for now.

I love that clock, I found it on XDA, but it wont fit in a 2x2 space? It looks small enough, but wont place.

You don't. Launcher Pro automatically sets the size and it is not changeable. The screen shots make them look larger than they are. On his phone they are small like they are on your phone.

There's one on the market you may like that smaller. It's called Tajm.

What he said. It looks more like the following on my phone.

The phone, mail, voice and www are pretty easy to read. The other writing is pretty small. It doesn't really bother me.
 
My current setup. Changes daily.

The bar on the bottom I obviously ripped from dreamlyfe. I super imposed some text onto because regular icons were to small. I then layed transparent icons on them so I could actually launch a program.

If you mean the notification bar at the top:

It's the stock HTC notification bar. I'm not rooted nor do I have an aftermarket ROM. They are icons that are just provided with the stock HTC software.
 
I made some significant changes since the last UI post. This isn't a finished product, but I've been working on making everything Blackhawks themed. I made the icons on the dock bar from pictures I found on google. I just changed the background from white to transparent using GIMP.

Home replacement: Launcher Pro
Clock/Weather: Fancy Widget
Sports: ESPN Score Center
Calendar: Smooth Calendar
Battery Widget: Battery Left
Blackhawks icons not on the dock were created using Desktop Visualizer

Order: Lock Screen, Left, Center, Right

I use to have a huge selection but they accidentally got deleted off my sd
