dont know for sure, but i would guess its one of the many available from Beautiful Widgets. What you can do with clock/weather widgets with this app is endless.

It's beautiful widgets. You'll have to get the app and find the clock/weather theme though. Not sure which one it is.

Pretty positive they are using WidgetLocker, its available in the market.

I'm using WidgetLocker, and I'm not seeing that slider as one of the options. Perhaps I'm just overlooking it, and would love to have someone prove me wrong on this, but I don't think it's WidgetLocker, at least not WL by itself...

It is Widget Locker, you have to put WLTheme zips on your SDCard.

Go to this thread and get them, plus it should have links on how to do it if you need help.
