I'm a member on the NeoGaf message board (at least until I forgot password) and there was a thread about fighting game backgrounds. I decided to try and use some of that artwork for wallpapers. Here's what I've come up with so far.

Im using FreshEvo currently. Im sure this has been addressed before, but Ive had no luck finding the info in this 100 page thread .

i believe its launcher pro. you can customize the launcher background.
