No, I meant anyway i can just take the whole theme. I don't have the time to figure out how to make my lockscreen and stuff like that.

Dude, I'm happy to help if you have a specific question, but this isn't something you can flash via a zip or install an apk. It takes effort and time to learn and do this stuff. I will get you the apps I have used as a good starter.
Lockscreen:
Clock: Minimalistic Text
Widgetlocker
Custom Widget Locker Slider (bunches on xda in widgetlocker theme, search there for it)
Homescreen:
Custom Clock Widget
Minimilistic Text for the Day/Temp/Batt %
SMS Unread count for two icons (you can drop icons in folder via a file browser)
Fancy Widget Pro for weather
Also using ADW EX as my launcher and a custom dock for 1 icon (in ADW EX). Dock should be also in my Wallpapers link.
