if using windows open a command prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns and then try opening the page again. otherwise press and hold shift while you click refresh

press windows key+r and in the run box type cmd then in the command prompt type ipconfig /flushdns press enter then type exit and press enter. then try the link again

I did, or I wouldn't have posted that. That flushes the DNS, which would work if you don't find the server, not for the wrong page on the site... but did do it just to make sure before I posted.

Had to press F5 3 or 4 times to make it finally come up... but i got back in.

Sounds like the host has a bad nic honestly. Its dropping its connection for a microsecond, the backup takes control a second later, so they swap roles. Then the DNS roles are reversed....
