Help LG ally stuck in Downloading do not unplug mode

I have tried the LG mobile updater software i've also tried.

http://androidforums.com/ally-all-things-root/257859-unbrick-lg-ally-updated-3-2-2011-a.html

and that fails different ways no matter how I try, and usually gives a reconnect pop-up (ranging from fatal error with LGMU, freezing at 4%,software update not available for phone)

I also tried the different ways to do factory reset through the phone.

I noticed that when it tried to do the un-brick method in the post and while it was going through its thing text wise, it looks like it said the ESN is all zeros, im assuming that may be causing the issues (not looking to change that I know its illegal/frowned upon and this is a customers phone)

here is the text log when i run the update software

AS you unpluged the ally using LGMU at the do not unplug screen and the ESN is now all zeros it looks like you wiped it. Nothing about recovering from this can be discussed in this forum because as you've said, it's illegal. You can try Verizon for a replacement but technically you have voided the phones warranty and if they discover the wiped ESN they probably won't replace it, but good luck in trying.
