Root LG Motion 4G help

hello, i recently tried flashing a base ROM to my LG Motion 4G. i messed up and now my phone is bricked. i dont know how to fix it, i tried doing the unbrick tutorial by sammyz but it doesn't seem to work. my phone is stuck on a boot loop, and i can't access the recovery screen. does anyone know how to fix this?

what rom did you flash? do you have a link? what did you wipe?

i do not have this phone so i will try my best to help though. hopefully other can as well.

ok one thing you will always need to know and that is what you are flashing. it is important for times like this.

and i'm not familiar with your device. so far it seems like an app is needed to get recovery. but since you can't boot up, not sure if there is another way. hopefully somebody here might be able to pitch in tomorrow. in the mean time i will continue to do some research.
 
Well i had flashed a cyanogenmod beta I found and I used clockwork to back up..but I guess it didn't and I couldn't go back to my previous rom ..so I tried flashing the base rom I found on here and I messed up
 
After it vibrates while holding down volume down and power, quickly slide your finger back and forth across the home, back, and menu buttons. It should then factory reset. It can take a few tries to get it to work.

do i still hold the power and volume buttons down while doing this?
 
Hold vol. Down and power. While holding these buttons use your fore and middle fingers to rapidly tap home and back at the same time once the phone vibrate upon turning on
 
There are a few methods. The one I got to work was the one I posted. No, you do not continue to hold the buttons.

while doing this , when do i stop? because i keep holding down the buttons and it turns back off and then turns on.

Nah that's it for unbricking your phone :D

I just now rooted my Motion for the first time :) hopefully I won't have to be using my own unbrick guide :rolleyes:
