Root LG Optimus M Superuser Help

I have a rooted Optimus and my Superuser wouldnt update so I Manually put An Updated Su Binary 3.1.3 in System>Bin>SU And Now its Denying Permissions I want to change it Back But The permissions wont let me Please Help :D

1st of all, this should be in the all things root section.

Now, as to your problem. I'm not entirely sure what to tell you, except to maybe try a different ROM. You say you have it rooted, I assume that you flashed a custom recovery? If so, just try a different ROM. If you didn't flash a custom recovery, better read up on how to do it using adb and command line.
 
But the thing is dont know how to install custom recovery or Roms im a noob at this and I yhink I dont have one at all how can I do it if it keeps denying permissions????????

He'll have to reroot first cause it seems he screwed it up...

If permissions still fail, go to Settings> Applications> All> SuperUser> Clear data then try doing whatever it was again. You will be unable to update the binaries with that it is extremely outdated. Flash a ROM and binaries will work.
Easiest way to flash a custom Recovery is with ROM Manager. Choose Optimus C LW690 to flash ClockWorkMod (CWM). Make sure you have a decent internet WIFI connection and flash recovery twice! I wouldn't use the ROMs that ROM Manager has up though...I'd use the ones posted here locally.
