Well you're telling us you face a really slow performance, this phone was launched two years ago, so we cant expect a top performance, but by what you are saying I can Infer that you have an old SD card, try changing for a SD card with better writing speed

i have Mirco sd class 10 i think that is best class

I think your talking about the *10 inside of a semicircle? Because the fastest is actually the ones with *1 class and a SQUARE rather than a circles. Albeit, class 10 is plenty fast. I'm using an old micro SD card, which isn't being used for internal storage. Just as a media holder for files. This phone is my backup one, so performance doesn't matter too much.

okej,when i use the SD card to secoundary that mobile will be faster? or not?
 
Guys, I'm having troubles with the wireless connection. It keeps turning on and off a few times during the day. This is not a network problem, cause it happens in every place with wireless networks. Do you know how can I solve this? Thank you so much!

With me it was like this after the last update until Now did not fall

I did this with my LG-D320n. I installed LineageOS and OpenGApps and got stuck in the recovery bootloop, so I executed
Code: 
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/misc bs=1024 count=1
That didn't seem to fix it. Then I did a hard reset (holding the power button for 10 seconds) and finally LineageOS worked.

But now my recovery doesn't load anymore. TWRP doesn't get beyond the flash screen. I don't have root access anymore and never could get fastboot to work, but LineageOS works. How can I get TWRP to work again?
(Edit: I configured LineageOS to use the MicroSD as internal storage. I don't know if that's relevant.)

Hi robbv , i have problem with twrp 3.0.3 with internal storage too, i need to make storage as external to load TWRP in flash mode, after flashing new rom u need
https://download.lineageos.org/extras this for getting back root access.
I will w8 for new version of TWRP, or anyone else know how to fix TWRP to boot with adopted storage share, good luck
