can you explain what is the exact activity that is going on that makes you think it's hacked?

you tried a factory restore?

Have an HTC EVO 4g and it's been acting funny, as if someone has complete access and/or control over the entire phone.

Assuming the phone was hacked by some teenagers next door, but I'm wondering how do I fix such a thing? I tried rebooting it with original settings, and that didn't work.

How does one fix such a thing? Do I need to use the unrevoked software? I looked at the phone and it says s-on.

If anyone can help me get my expensive phone back in my possession, I'd appreciate it greatly.

Yes, can you give us a little more information?

Interesting.....Unless you know that the teenagers next door have a M.O. for doing these kinds of things, I'd assume that your Evo may be messed up. If you've already tried a factory reset to no avail, I recommend you take your phone to sprint to get checked out.

Another thing you can do is download Lookout and let it scan your phone, maybe it'll reveal something.

Go to your nearest Sprint store and tell them your story, they should be able to take care of you, in person.

Oh man, missed it. Im sure he found out it was something silly. When he figured it out he was too embarrased so he just deleted everything and hoped no one noticed.

Well anyhow the original claim was they thought the teenagers next door were hacking it...most things to remotely control a phone and make it do some of the things they said it was doing need granted permission...oh well.
